Channel Angels Invests In XGen AI for E-Commerce Sales, Revenue Generation

XGen develops an AI-powered personalization engine for online retailers and e-commerce sites. XGen’s software works with existing e-commerce systems, such as Shopify, to improve customer interactions and drive additional revenue outcomes. Two Channel Angels members invested in XGen’s $7.5 million seed round.

Channel Angels member investment thesis: The coronavirus pandemic has accelerated the shift to online retailing and e-commerce.
